Landed cost confusion - View landed costs if landedcostperline is F

I'm trying to view my landed cost categories and amounts on an item receipt from a PO. Landedcostperline is false and will always be false. I have cost categories and costs but can't figure out how to access them in a suitescript. Preferable a client side script. I just need to view the amounts not set them.
