Drop down Field in Prompt

I am trying to create a prompt when a Purchase order is rejected. This prompt will have a transaction body field list as a dropdown. After making a selection and submitting the selected value will be stored in the transaction. I can get a prompt but I only get a text field. I am trying to see if I can get the dropdown in the prompt. After I figure that out I will move on to the storing record actions in the script. I know this can be done because it is similar to the new feature called deletion reason.
