Scheduled script execution time limitation

Hi

I have a question regarding to the scheduled script execution time limitation. I am scripting a scheduled function for all the today's transactions which execute at the end of the day. Right now, the quantity of daily transaction is roughly between 200 to 250, and up to 700 on Monday. The function is basically load all the invoices created on that day and add "charge and allowance item" on every single invoice. So, it involves a couple of save searches, and  a lot of loading records and submit record. I wonder is there any time limitation for scheduled script? I
