Designing a "Find a SalesRep" Suitelet
Right now on our website, we have a "Find a Rep" feature which allows a customer to key in their zip code and find out which sales rep is assigned to their territory. Since this is outside NetSuite, we have to update zip codes in their database to keep things synchronized.
Does anyone know if it's possible to create a suitelet that can be externally exposed to provide this capability? I haven't found any documentation on accessing the territory records within NetSuite, even then not sure how this would be designed to geographically understand which territory the customer resides in.
