Are the NS web site hit statistics working?

Ever since v11 our page hits graph when down to about nothing (see link above).  Are we really getting no traffic or is the graph's data wrong?  Our sales are OK, so we must be getting some traffic.  "Google Analytics" doesn't show such a dramatic change nor does alexa.com ?
