Post v2007.1 URL structure

This is post v2007.1 using Google Webmaster tools for October 7th. The reports are looking much better.

That said, I am seeing one url structure that is puzzling.

Our robots.txt is excluding:
http://www.mysite.com/We-Value-Your-Privacy?chrole=17&cjsid=

What is the "?chrole=17&cjsid=" and how can we get rid of this?
