Web Page Paginate feature linking to wrong urls

Setup > Item/Category Layouts
Layout tab
Pagingate check box "checked"

On web pages that have a paginate buttons on the bottom or top of the page the url listed is incorrect.

currently linking to:
http://www.novatech-usa.com/s.nl/c.ACCT119126/sc.2/category.962/.f?range=46,78,78

but it should really link to:
http://www.novatech-usa.com/Products/MCT100-Series-cooling-tower-control?range=46,78,78

since we have descriptive urls enabled.
