Redirects working

I changed some of our descriptive URL without redirecting.  Now I realize what a no, no this is.  So I am trying to redirect the old URLs.  I am going into setup>website>redirect>new.  From there I enter in all the info asked for and hit save.  After it saves the screen has the following info.
Protocol:  http://
Domain:  www.callcct.com
Redirect from URL:  (Blank)
Redirect to URL:  http://66-Block

So should the Redirect from URL be blank?  I did put info in there.
