Googlebot for smartphones found "page not found" errors -mobile/ m/ links

A few days ago we got the message in Webmaster tools saying Googlebot for smartphones found "page not found" errors for many mobile/ and m/ links. We never had a mobile site and we are unaware of these links in our website. Since we are moving to new SCA platform we thought SCA might have added these URLs but they have confirmed it is not them. Did Sitebuilder add any URLs automatically? Did anyone get this message from Google?
