Cross-Browser Issue With "Add To Cart" Button

This one has left me clueless. Here's an example:

In Firefox, the WSDK generated Add To Cart buttons on my site submit a form and redirect back to the external product page after submitting the item to NetSuite, as expected. Recently, in Internet Explorer (6 or 7), adding an item to the cart is instead forwarding our customers to the NetSuite cart. The typical form action currently looks like this (after trying to send a redirect URL via GET):
