Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (aka Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

"Price include tax" field and effect on web total calculation
We have a price calculator in our website to allow customers to see total price of all items before going into Netsuite checkout. This calculator used to have to multiply item price from Netsuite by 1.1 because of the amount with GST calculation were not retrieved.
Since the new update, something has changed and the calculator did not have to multiple by 1.1 anymore. A customer informed us of the difference in amount.
I am about to remove the (x 1.1) since prices are now including GST.
I would like to know if there's any effect on what comes out of Netsuite
due to the "Price include tax" field if we customize that price for individual item. Will Netsuite differentiate price with gst/without gst in the string?
