Continue Shopping Redirect

We configured the WSDK to go to https://system.netsuite.com/c.XXXXXX/site/continueshopping.html after the Continue Shopping button is clicked.

For some reason, the Continue Shopping button goes to the Welcome tab. However, I can go to the above page manually and it displays fine, we we know the link works.

Can anyone suggest why the 'Continue Shopping' would be ignoring the configured entry in the 'Set Up Web Site'/'External' screen?
