Downloadable Items and Cash Sales

We have recently added to our inventory downloadable items. We have unchecked the box in each downloadable item record called "Can be Fulfilled/Received". This means our Mail Order people do not have to fulfill orders containing only downloadable items. But we would also like to have them avoid having to Bill these orders. Is there a way of having orders like these processed as Cash Sales automatically?

(Our web site is a WSDK site and the downloads are handled outside of NetSuite.)
