Custom Shopping Cart/Checkout/Login Header

We are using small business web store and WSDK and would like to be able to add contact information to the header of the three pages.  Need advice on how to accomplish that.  Also We would like to make the pages fixed width instead of expanding to the entire screen.  This is to integrate better with out external site which has a fixed page width.
