Does anyone know how to create php code for the forms on items?

I dont want to paste every form for each item from the scripted item pages.

I just want to use a automated way to insert the form based on the internalid or something.

Anyone know?  http://shopping.netsuite.com/app/site/query/itemscripts.nl?c=XXXXXX&n=1&id=XXXXXX

For example maybe I could print/get the code from one of the itemscripts.nl pages?
