WSDK and Multiple Website with suite builder

Hello,

i am running multiple websites:

- a full webstore completely integrated with netsuite (netsuite catalog, cart, checkout)
- a full webstore with external catalog (custom catalog on remote server, cart and checkout with netsuite)

It seams that whenever i switch on WSDK the tabs on my cart and checkout do disappear. Especially the non-checkout tabs do not load if there is a valid set of cookies.

Who has experience and can give me a hint to get over the hump here?
