Clicking My Account Tab Pushes Tabs and Page Alignment Down

This may be a small issue, but my OCD is driving me nuts as I am stuck finding a solution .  When a client clicks on the My Account tab, then logs in, the tabs on top and the rest of the page below the tabs gets pushed down.  So, the tabs are no longer in the same vertical location as the rest of the website. 

I am convinced it has to do with the Help link on the top right of the screen, as some of the pages even within the My Account tab, like Enter Sales Orders, that doesn't have the Help link are viewed correctly.  So, any idea on how to fix this?
