Online Customer Form Behavior
Hello,
I created an Online Customer Form using the Default Form Template and have it located on our NetSuite website. Simple form with basic name and email fields, the workflow is set to Always create a new user and Detect Duplicates is not checked.
Background: We are a school where one person (office mgr) from the office (Law Firm) will be enter in multiple folks into NetSuite and sign them up for courses. This will be done from one machine.
Scenario: The Office Manager will log into NetSuite as a user and purchase a course. They will sign out as that user and then click on the Online Customer Form to create a new Customer into NetSuite who wants to purchase the course
