Also having problems with missing tabs?

Did anyone encounter the same problem?
Our request catalogue page does not show the tabs at the top.

Checking under lists/website/tabs the Request catalogue page is listed as the "hosted" type and this particular page is not listed in lists/website/categories. Could that be the problem?
