Know Anyone NOT using Site Builder?

My sales manager told me that there are a lot of webstores out there that use the base Netsuite w/o Site Builder. I asked him for a list and have yet to receive one. I don't think there is any decent looking site that does not have Site Builder. If you know of any, please post some.
