Adv. Site Customize GONE after upgrade.

I recently upgraded with my netsuite account to the advanced web reporting option to track lead conversions, search engine traffic, and keyword traffic.  A great feature.... but now my ability to customize website themes or to add Meta tags in each item or category is GONE! 

Tech support has no idea why this happened and created a case # 647635.

My account rep is not working today, so I have to wait until monday.  But no one seems to know why my account got twisted around when I got the upgrade.  Anyone had this happen?
