access customized text using getTranslatedText

Net Suite I have been going through old posts and this was requested at least a year ago: please provide the field names for customized text.
  I found a couple of tags in your site themes but I would like to use the heading from the customized text in our custom item list templates (especially headings such as "item", "price" and "quantity"). 
The Net Suite templates are mishandling translated information (salesdescriptions are being substituted for storedescriptions and the currency symbol is not translated, but the price is recalculated on dense lists) ...necessitating the use of custom templates!

If anyone else wants this information please speak up and let Net Suite know!
