missing required field(s): CUSTENTITY217

Hi,

I have created 2 Online Client Forms.  I need the data from both to merge into 1 customer record.  I have selected certain fields to be searched on (for existing records) by checking the boxes on the Select Fields tab in Setup -> Online Client Form.

When I try to save the form, it kicks back this error:

You are missing the following required field(s):
CUSTENTITY217

I don't know how to even find this field to figure out what it is.  If the number 217 represents the number of custom entity fields we have, then I am lost, as we only have 195 showing in the list.
