Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (aka Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Limiting quantity to 1 for online class registrations.
I've created some custom records and workflow that allows us to provide class registrations for customers through our store when they purchase training. So far, this is working very well with one exception: I'd like to limit the quantity that can be added to the shopping cart to one-at-a-time, until they have added all registrants singly. At that point the customer checks out, purchasing all the classes and our sign-up automation takes over (basically reduces the available seats, sends a confirmation email, and notifies the instructor and materials procurement person.)
The problem I'm trying to solve is this: how do I restrict the purchase quantity to '1', and ensure that the total quantity in the cart can be more than '1'?
