Access to "addtocartoptionshtml"

Hello, I'm wondering if it's possible to gain access to the individual form elements from this tag when placed in an item/category template? I have searched Help as well as these forums and have found nothing.

When I say access I mean the ability to "break up" the form into parts to more easily move around in the template, allowing more customized layouts.
