New 'resizeid' Added to item image url

I have just noticed on our web site that the images for our products now has an added piece of code on the end of the url which resizes the image. The problem with this is that it stops our javascript image enlarger from loaded the file in the correct size (Normally alot bigger than the standard image). Has anyone else come across this and if so have you managed to remove it? I dont want this code on my images as i like to have control through HTML. Any help would be appreciated.
