issues with new flash plugin

We have had a short flash animation on our site for about a year with no problems…until recently…my boss upgraded to the latest version of Flash and now he can’t view our animation…has anyone else had any problems or experience dealing with this?  Know how to fix it? The Adobe site mentions a secure sockets file…does that go in our site files…if so where?  how do I access the "socket master policy location" mentioned below?
