Problems with using the search function

I have taken the search portlet and moved it to the top of each page. It works the first time and then doesnt work after that. it gets me to the contact us page no matter what you type in. If someone can help me I would really appreciate it. URL = http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.303959/sc.1/.f
