Link to items in Customer Center from Home Page

I am wanting to give online customers a direct link to the estimate form in the customer center from a page outside of the customer center.  I realize it will be necessary for the customer to log in along the way, but I'd like that particular redirect to send them straight to the estimate form, not to "My Account".

Is this possible?  How?
