I have added a new header on my netsuite shopping cart.

However, I couldn't find the right size to use for the menu

When the browser window resizes, the logo stays the same.
Is there a way to fix the browser window in Netsuite so that it will not be resized? Or what is the best size to use for company logo at the top of the netsuite shopping page?
