Shipping cost calculations added to the Sales Order at Checkout

In the Webstore shopping cart or checkout, I would like to have NetSuite calculate the shipping costs based on a percentage of the order total. Once calculated I need the shipping cost to be entered onto the Sales Order.

EXAMPLE= Webstore item is $10.00, shipping costs will be 10% the cost of the item. ($1.00) In the checkout, I want to see a line for my item, and a line for my shipping costs that would then translate to the Sales Order.

Can anyone advise? Point me in a direction? Need this done ASAP!!!!!!
