eBay Import Orders Problem

Hi all,

We are currently having problems importing ebay orders!

Netsuite sets up the customer details etc, but it won't set up a Sales Order on the system!!!!!

We get an Import Error which says "Invalid price reference key 1 for item 10801".

Any ideas on what's going wrong here?????????
