NS Div Headaches

Does anyone know why Netsuite Continues to insert strange margins at will? It drives us batty and we cannot override the issues.

We have this line automatically generated via NS:
<div id='div__footer' class='noprint' leftmargin='0' topmargin='0' marginwidth='1' marginheight='1'>
Why would they do this?????? Can i override it. I've tried via CSS but to no availe.
It messes up our box here at the bottom:

Lastly, Our main body get a margin of 5 from netsuite. two rows before our template starts for the body, netsuite inserts this beautiful line:
