Is it possible to have multiple sites all use the same shopping cart

I have no idea why the client wants this, but anyway...

They want to have multiple sites (i.e. domains) that pull from the same product catalog, and then users can buy products from these multiple sites, but all use the same shopping cart. Is this possible? Thanks.
