'Moving' forms during the checkout procedure (Internet Explorer)

Despite drilling down into the HTML for this, I still can't work out what is causing the problem.  Anyone got any ideas.

This is for the current 'under construction' site www.peterbond.co.uk

The problem is during the checkout screens, and only affects Internet Explorer.

The first screen (New Customer/Returning Customer) lines up on the left OK.  The next screen (Name/Email), it looks like the fields have been squeezed into a box about 400px which is flipping over to the right of the screen. 

The address screens that come next are fine.  As is the selection of delivery method.
