Change text color for ONE category?

This may seem like a silly question to all you pros out there...

Is there any way to change the text color of just one category title.  I'm trying to change the color of our "Sales & Specials" category only, not the rest, to a red (or some other bright color).  I've scoured this forum looking for an answer, and there's quite a bit about CSS style sheets and color themes and whatnot, but they all seem to change all associated text.  Maybe it just can't be done?  Any help would be appreciated.
