Inline CSS on outerwrapper div causing problems

I'm currently overhauling our current NetSuite website.  I'm trying to increase the page width to 1010px, however the #outerwapper div has an inline style setting it to a width of 800px:

<div id="outerwrapper" style="width: 800px;">


I can't for the life of me figure out where to change that inline CSS.  Anyone know?

EDIT: Never mind, found it in the Set Up Web Site section.
