Can I create multiple logins that will change the price of the products?

I am currently starting up a new site and I would like to have 3 different passwords for a group of people. When they log into the site I would like all of the prices of the products to change for them. Some customers would get 30% off and some might get 50% off. I have the site set up where you have to log in to see the prices but is it possible to have them login and everything changes to the percent they would receive?
