Customer Login Pages

The pages under Customer Login (make a payment, enter an order, contact support ect) how do these pages get generated? I'm having several problems with them and I don't know where they live at or if they can be fixed.

1. When you go to see orders page for example the page messes up the template that I have on all the other pages (where it works fine).

2. In firefox whenever there is a drop down the box options appear up in the top left area instead of how it is normall suppose to drop down below the drop down.

Has anyone else had these type of experiences or come up with fixes for this stuff?
