Another SSP anomaly... ignoring page width.

I've installed the sample SSP app from the bundle and I notice that it ignore's my site's fixed width setting under setup website>step webiste. It renders @ 100% instead of adhering to my set pixel width. I can't seem to see where to fix this. Anyone else?
