how would i save an ssp service request log onto a customer or contact record?

Our site shoraipower.com uses an Ssp service to give battery recommendations for various power sports vehicles.  How could I save this request onto either a sales order or to a customer record? I want this recommendation look up to be saved in a custom record preferably so that even -no entity-  abandoned carts could be reported on.  With the date referenced. 

I see that the value is passed into both the title tag and the breadcrumb, are there some sort of nl crm values I could place into the Ssp application to track in marketing sub list on contact record? Or ideally within reports.
