W3C validator - errors returned

Hi,

We choose not to display add to cart in home page for items list, but the source code still contains the following for each item

<form method='post' name='xxxx' id='xxxx' action='/app/site/backend/additemtocart.nl?c=XXXX&n=1' onsubmit="return checkmandatorynnnn();">

how can I remove this from source code, it is added by NS, and this returns errors in W3C validator...
