urgent - items displayed twice in saved search results when using multisite feature

edited Dec 18, 2019 1:46AM in Web Site / E-Commerce 7 comments

Hi,

we build our website based on published saved searches instead of site categories (we use some site categories only), we have more than 200 published saved search...

recently, we add multi-site feature to our account, for some reason, item saved searches display some items twice in saved search results (for items not assigned to categories). per NS: "The filters and columns in your searches do not have any restrictions set to only show items once if they do not have any categories assigned."

I think this doesn't make sense (since site category is not added in criteria or result, items should be displayed once), why items displaying twice? I tried to add summary type="Group" to my published saved searches, but the sorting stop working when I do that (since I sort items based on "is available" field to display out of stock items at the end of the items list)...

Howdy, Stranger!
