shipping methods with one page checkout bundle

Hi,

I installed the "New Reference Cart & One Page Checkout" bundle and I'm still testing it, watching webinar and read documentation...

I've got that Paypal, Google Checkout & Invoice payments is not supported...

But while testing, I also didn't see the Local USPS shipping methods (only UPS shipping methods displayed)...
but for international orders, only non-ups shipping methods displayed

We are using UPS & USPS...is this a bug or there is something I've missed to do or this is by the system design (as Paypal & GCO)?
