Sales Tax

edited Dec 18, 2019 1:46AM in Web Site / E-Commerce

We are a wholesaler and as such always quote prices before sales tax. However Google Shopping now demands that the prices on our website include sales tax or we will not be eligible for inclusion in the Google shopping feed. This has had great detrimental effects on our B2B sales because it makes our prices look very high. Most competitors have have a radio button on the site that simply says "Show prices without sales tax / Show prices with sales tax" I don't believe that is possible to do that in Netsuite is it?

The second solution is to show prices both with and without sales tax on every SKU. It makes the site look messy buty it is probably the only option. The problem is that Netsuite tries to work out the nexus of the customer and then decides to show the prices without sales tax for customers who are overseas. Is there a way to hard wire the price both including sales tax and the price excluding sales tax. Obviously this has to apply to the prices that the customer has when he logs in. If so what are the correct attributes

Howdy, Stranger!
