Anyone experience the PayPal checkout issue?

Since latest NetSuite release, our PayPal checkout option is disappeared from both production and sandbox accounts.

PayPal configuration remains the same without any changes.
Now the PayPal option just doesn't show in the Payment page any more.

Have any of you experienced similar issue and fixed it?
