Promotional URLs don't work on SuiteCommerce Advanced

Our SCA website is all ready to go live, except we have just found out that Promotional URLs do not work on NetSuite for the Suitecommerce Advanced platform.  We use them for all our marketing, so we can't just have them all turn off.  Redirects don't work because they are case sensitive.  NetSuite is telling us they don't intend to support the Promotional URLs feature going forward, so we are now stuck trying to find an alternative way to do this so we can launch our new site.

Anyone have any ideas how we can set something like this up?
