Exposing Custom Item Fields to Reference My Account pages

I'm working on setting up Reference My Account ( 1.04.1 ) on our sandbox account. One issue I'm running into is that none of our product images are showing up. We do not host images on Netsuite so we need to build the path to the product image using a custom field on the item record. I have found where the image (thumbnails) are being generated for the templates in My Account pages but I haven't yet found how to add the custom field data into the SSP so I can build the path to the image.

Basically I'm looking to be able to customize the objects that are created within the SSP. As I'm looking through the files, all I'm seeing is settings and then functions. I can't figure out where the actual data is being setup or passing into said functions.
