Can we have Multiple Payment Gateway for single Website without using subsidiary?

The Gateway should get selected based on specific criteria (e.g: items in the cart or order amount). During Checkout it should select payment gateway from backend at run time.

Can we build single website with multiple payment gateway options using SSP?
