Reference Cart Issues
Hi,
We have the basic checkout applied on our webstore, where customers have to go through many steps to complete the purchase.
We planned to make the process easier and apply “Reference Cart & One Page Checkout” Bundle.
We applied and deployed it based on tutorial, but there are some issues in behavior which should be fix to be able to use this feature:

[*]Shipping options are not showing us (we use UPS and USPS options for customers)
[*]Order Summary section is empty
[*]If we choose other address (already saved before), load icon displayed without choosing the new address.
[*]When we press to Add a new address, the new window displayed at the bottom left of the page and need to scroll down to see it (I didn’t notice the new window and thought that the link is not working). Also, I clicked on “Cancel” button, and close button, but the new window didn’t closed.
